Coutts Fosters Fashion Talent With Ralph & Russo Window Display
Coutts showcases a red silk crepe strapless ballroom gown creation by luxury couture house, Ralph & Russo, as the centre piece of its head office window display at 440 Strand, London. The window display coincides with London Fashion Week and Valentine’s Day and aims to raise awareness of Coutts’ reputation for recognising and nurturing talent within creative industries.
The gown is a unique one-off design and features a full skirt which was hand embroidered with over 100 metres of feathered silk chiffon flowers, each created by hand. It took 12 couturiers and hundreds of hours to complete.
“Coutts has long-supported the fashion industry and has managed the financial affairs of many clients from across the world of fashion and other creative industries,” comments Kiana Sigaroudinia, Head of Sponsorship, Events and Affinity Marketing.
“By offering creative talents, such as Tamara Ralph & Michael Russo, a premium platform by which to exhibit their work, we support emerging and established UK design talent. We are committed to sharing our knowledge and expertise with the next generation of fashion.”
Coutts has a long standing history of managing the financial affairs of creatives with recent focus on furthering links into the world of contemporary creative talent
