Kate Dreams - Supermodel Kate Moss features in fall/winter advertising campaign of close friend and British designer Stella McCartney. Surreal collage-esque imagery are photographed by duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott with "I wanted to escape into something surreal this season and fashion should make us dream, sometimes” says McCartney.
